Klarna is a 'Buy Now, Pay Later' service. Charges appear when installment payments are due from a previous purchase. You may have split a purchase into 4 payments and forgotten about the remaining installments.
Open the Klarna app → Purchases → find the order → you can't cancel installments but you can return the item for a refund. For future purchases, simply don't select Klarna at checkout.
Contact Klarna support in the app → Help → Dispute a purchase. If the charge is unauthorized, contact your bank immediately.
If “KLARNA” surprised you, there might be more subscriptions hiding on your bank statement. Upload your statement and we'll find every recurring charge — with cancel links for each one.
