Option 1: Website (Monthly Plans)(Recommended)
Go to account.adobe.com → Plans → click 'Manage plan' on your subscription → 'Cancel plan' → Adobe will show retention offers and ask why you're leaving. Select any reason → continue through prompts. Monthly plan users can cancel fully online.
Option 2: Website (Annual Plans)
Annual plan cancellation has an early termination fee (50% of remaining months). Go to account.adobe.com → Plans → Manage plan → Cancel plan. Adobe will show you the ETF amount. To avoid the fee: wait until your annual renewal date, or try live chat to negotiate a waiver.
Option 3: Live Chat (Best for Fee Waiver)
Go to helpx.adobe.com/contact → select 'Subscriptions & billing' → 'Cancel subscription' → choose Live Chat. Tell the agent you want to cancel. For annual plans, politely ask them to waive the early termination fee — agents often have authority to do this, especially if you mention switching to a competitor.
Option 4: Phone
Call 1-800-833-6687 (Mon-Fri, 5am-7pm PT). Navigate the menu to 'cancel subscription.' Phone agents can process cancellations and sometimes waive early termination fees for annual plans.
