This appears when you send money to someone through Apple Cash (Apple's peer-to-peer payment in iMessage). It debits from your linked bank account or Apple Cash balance.
Open Messages → find the payment → tap it. If pending, you can cancel. Once accepted, you'll need to request the money back.
If unauthorized, contact Apple Support and your bank immediately. Enable Face ID/Touch ID for Apple Cash in Settings → Wallet & Apple Pay.
