Go to twitch.tv/subscriptions > find the channel > click the gear icon > Don't Renew Subscription. For Twitch Turbo: twitch.tv > Settings > Subscriptions > Twitch Turbo > Cancel.

Channel subscriptions and Twitch Turbo are separate. If subscribed via Amazon Prime Gaming, cancel through Amazon instead.
