How to Cancel

Option 1: online(Recommended)

Open the Klarna app > Profile > Settings > Account > Delete Account. All outstanding payments must be settled first.

Option 2: email

Email customer service requesting account deletion. Include your registered email and name.

Good to Know

Cannot delete account with outstanding payments. Deleting your account removes all purchase history. Consider just removing saved payment methods instead.
