Open the Family Link app or go to families.google.com → select your child → Account info → Delete account (for under-13 accounts) or Stop supervision (for teens). For teens 13+, the child can also remove supervision from their own device.
Google Family Link is completely FREE. If you want to stop using it, you're removing supervision — not canceling a subscription. For children under 13: you can delete their Google account or transfer it to regular (unsupervised) when they turn 13. For teens 13+: they can remove supervision themselves (parent gets notified and their device locks for 24h). Uninstall the Family Link Manager app from the child's device.
