How to Export Your Bank Statement as CSV or PDF (Every Major Bank)

1. Chase

1. Log in to chase.com
2. Click on your checking or credit card account
3. Click "Download account activity" (icon near the search bar)
4. Select date range: last 2-3 months
5. Choose format: CSV (Spreadsheet)
6. Click Download

💡 Chase credit card statements export better than checking accounts. Download both if you have them.

2. Bank of America

1. Log in to bankofamerica.com
2. Go to your account → Statements & Documents
3. Click "Download Transactions"
4. Select date range and format: CSV or QFX
5. Click Download

💡 BofA calls it "Download Transactions" not "Export." Look for it in the account activity section.

3. Wells Fargo

1. Log in to wellsfargo.com
2. Select your account
3. Click "Download Account Activity"
4. Choose your date range (up to 18 months)
5. Select format: Comma Separated (.csv)
6. Click Download

💡 Wells Fargo lets you go back 18 months — useful for finding annual subscriptions.

4. Citi

1. Log in to online.citi.com
2. Go to your credit card account
3. Click "View Transactions" or "Account Activity"
4. Click the download icon (↓)
5. Choose CSV format and date range

💡 For Citi credit cards, the download button is a small icon that's easy to miss.

5. Capital One

1. Log in to capitalone.com
2. Select your account
3. Click "Download Transactions"
4. Set the date range to 2-3 months
5. Choose CSV as the file type
6. Click Download

💡 Capital One has one of the cleanest CSV exports — great for finding subscriptions.

1. Log in to americanexpress.com
2. Go to "Statements & Activity"
3. Click "Download Your Statement Data"
4. Select CSV as format and choose your dates
5. Click Download

💡 Amex exports include the full merchant name which helps identify subscriptions accurately.

2. Go to your card → Activity
3. Click "Export" in the top right
4. Choose CSV and your date range
5. Click Export

2. Go to your account → Transaction History

2. Go to your account
