How to Export Your Bank Statement as CSV or PDF (Every Major Bank)

1. Chase

  1. Log in to chase.com
  2. Click on your checking or credit card account
  3. Click "Download account activity" (icon near the search bar)
  4. Select date range: last 2-3 months
  5. Choose format: CSV (Spreadsheet)
  6. Click Download

2. Bank of America

  1. Log in to bankofamerica.com
  2. Go to your account โ†’ Statements & Documents
  3. Click "Download Transactions"
  4. Select date range and format: CSV or QFX

  2. Go to your account

  5. Choose CSV and date range

  1. Log in to td.com
  2. Go to your account
  3. Click "Download Transactions"
  4. Select CSV format and date range

12. USAA

  1. Log in to usaa.com
  2. Go to your account
  3. Click "Export Transactions"
  4. Choose CSV and select your date range
