How to Export Your Bank Statement as CSV or PDF (Every Major Bank)

Need to download your bank statement to find hidden subscriptions? Here are step-by-step instructions for every major US bank. Once you have your CSV or PDF, you can upload it to Just Cancel to instantly find every recurring charge.
1. Chase
- Log in to chase.com
- Click on your checking or credit card account
- Click "Download account activity" (icon near the search bar)
- Select date range: last 2-3 months
- Choose format: CSV (Spreadsheet)
- Click Download

2. Bank of America
- Log in to bankofamerica.com
- Go to your account โ Statements & Documents
- Click "Download Transactions"
- Select date range and format: CSV or QFX
- Click Download

3. Wells Fargo
- Log in to wellsfargo.com
- Select your account
- Click "Download Account Activity"
- Choose your date range (up to 18 months)
- Select format: Comma Separated (.csv)
- Click Download

4. Citi
- Log in to online.citi.com
- Go to your credit card account
- Click "View Transactions" or "Account Activity"
- Click the download icon (โ)
- Choose CSV format and date range

- Log in to capitalone.com
- Select your account
- Click "Download Transactions"
- Set the date range to 2-3 months
- Choose CSV as the file type
- Click Download

- Log in to americanexpress.com
- Go to "Statements & Activity"
- Click "Download Your Statement Data"
- Select CSV as format and choose your dates

- Log in to discover.com
- Go to your card โ Activity
- Click "Export" in the top right
- Choose CSV and your date range
- Click Export
8. US Bank
- Log in to usbank.com
- Go to your account โ Transaction History
- Click "Export" or "Download"
- Choose CSV format
9. PNC
- Log in to pnc.com
- Go to your account
- Click "Activity & Statements"
- Click "Export Transactions"

- Log in to td.com
- Go to your account

- Log in to usaa.com
- Go to your account
- Click "Export Transactions"
