Zoosk has TWO revenue streams: the monthly subscription ($12.49-29.99/mo) AND Zoosk Coins (microtransactions for Super Sends, boosts, etc.). You need to cancel both or you may still see charges after "canceling."

⚠️ Canceling ≠ Deleting Your Profile
Your Zoosk profile stays visible to other users after you cancel your subscription. If you want to stop getting messages and appearing in searches, you need to deactivate or delete your account separately (see below).
Choose Deactivate (hide profile, keep data) or Delete (permanent removal)

Refund Options
Zoosk direct: Generally no refunds. Contact support@zoosk.com and try — they occasionally refund recent charges
Apple/Google: Request through standard refund channels within a few days of charge
New York residents: NY consumer protection law allows cancellation within 3 business days for a full refund
Credit card chargeback: If you were charged after canceling, dispute with your bank
Is Zoosk Even Worth It?
Honest assessment:
Zoosk has lost significant market share to Hinge, Bumble, and Tinder. Its user base skews older and smaller than the big three. The Coins system adds costs on top of already-expensive subscriptions. Unless you're specifically looking for the Zoosk demographic (35+, relationship-focused), you'll likely get better results on free tiers of Hinge or Bumble.
