Cancel Zoom Pro Online

Sign in at zoom.us
Go to Admin → Account Management → Billing
Click Current Plans
Click Cancel Plan or Cancel Subscription
Follow the prompts — Zoom will explain what you lose
Confirm — your account downgrades to Free at the end of the billing period

Annual plan: If you're on the annual plan, you can cancel but won't get a refund for remaining months. Your Pro features stay active until the annual period ends.

Free Zoom vs. Zoom Pro

Free: 40-minute limit on group meetings (1-on-1 calls are unlimited)
Pro ($13-16/mo): 30-hour meeting limit, 100 participants, cloud recording, AI companion
Business ($18-22/mo): 300 participants, managed domains, company branding

If your meetings are under 40 minutes, you don't need Pro. Most casual meetings fit within the free limit.

Before You Cancel: Check These

Cloud recordings: Download any important recordings before canceling — they're deleted when your plan downgrades
Scheduled meetings: Recurring meeting links still work on free, but may get cut off at 40 minutes
Add-ons: Check if you have Zoom Phone, Whiteboard, or other add-ons that bill separately
