How to Cancel Zoho in 2026 — All Products

Common Zoho Products and Pricing

• Zoho CRM: $14-52/user/month
• Zoho Mail: $1-6/user/month (or free for 5 users)
• Zoho Books: $15-240/month (accounting)
• Zoho Projects: $5-10/user/month
• Zoho One: $45/user/month (bundles all apps)
• Zoho Workplace: $3-6/user/month

If you have Zoho One, that's one subscription covering everything. Otherwise, you may have 3-5+ separate Zoho subscriptions running.

Step 1: Check All Active Subscriptions

1. Go to accounts.zoho.com
2. Navigate to Subscriptions
3. List every active paid product
4. Note each one — you'll need to cancel or downgrade each separately

Step 2: Export Your Data

For each Zoho product you're canceling:

• Zoho CRM: Setup → Data Administration → Export (CSV/XLSX)
• Zoho Mail: Settings → Import/Export → Export mailbox
• Zoho Books: Settings → Data Export → Export all data
• Zoho Projects: Project Settings → Export project data
• Zoho Desk: Admin → Data → Export tickets

Step 3: Cancel Each Product

1. Go to accounts.zoho.com → Subscriptions
2. Select the product to cancel
3. Click Downgrade or Cancel
4. Choose between downgrading to free tier (where available) or fully canceling
5. Repeat for each product

Alternatively, email support@zoho.com or call 1-888-900-9646 and ask them to cancel all paid subscriptions at once.
