Open the Uber app (not Uber Eats — either app works, but Uber is more reliable)
Tap your profile icon (top left)
Tap Uber One
Scroll down and tap Manage Membership
Tap End Membership or Cancel
Uber will show you "savings" you'll lose — review, then confirm cancellation

Uber One Through a Partner? Cancel There

Some people get Uber One bundled through:

American Express cards: Complimentary Uber One with Platinum and some Gold cards — manage through Amex benefits
