Cancel by Phone

Call 1-800-430-0443
Say you want to cancel your service
Provide your account PIN or last 4 of SSN
Request confirmation of cancellation
Ask about any remaining balance or device return requirements

Cancel Online

Sign in at my.truconnect.com
Go to Account Settings
Look for Cancel Service or Deactivate Account
Follow the prompts

Online cancellation may not be available for all account types. If you don't see the option, call instead.

Lifeline/ACP Customers

If you receive free or discounted service through the Lifeline or ACP (Affordable Connectivity Program):

Your benefit transfers: Canceling TruConnect doesn't cancel your Lifeline eligibility
Switch providers: You can transfer your Lifeline benefit to another carrier (Assurance Wireless, SafeLink, etc.)
ACP ended: The ACP program ended in June 2024 — if you're still getting a discount, verify your current plan terms
