How to Cancel TikTok Shop Orders & Seller Account in 2026
Updated February 2026 • Difficulty: Easy
TikTok Shop itself doesn't charge a subscription fee. But here's what catches people: individual sellers can set up recurring auto-ship orders that charge your card every month. If you're seeing mystery TikTok charges, that's probably why.
Cancel Auto-Ship / Recurring Orders
- Open the TikTok app
- Tap Profile (bottom right)
- Tap the shopping bag icon or go to Orders
- Find any subscriptions or recurring orders
- Tap the order and look for "Cancel subscription" or "Manage auto-ship"
- Confirm cancellation
Also check: Profile → Menu (≡) → Settings → Payment methods — remove saved cards to prevent any future charges from going through.
Deactivate a Seller Account
If you're a TikTok Shop seller and want to shut down your store:
- Go to TikTok Shop Seller Center (seller-us.tiktok.com)
- Navigate to Shop Settings
- Click Deactivate Shop
- Complete any pending orders and withdrawals first
- Follow the prompts to confirm deactivation
⚠️ Warning: You must fulfill all pending orders before deactivating your seller account. Outstanding orders that aren't shipped will result in penalties and potential fund holds.
Delete Your TikTok Account Entirely
If you want to nuke the whole thing:
- Open TikTok → Profile → Menu (≡) → Settings and Privacy
- Tap Account → Delete Account
- Follow the verification steps
- Your account enters a 30-day deactivation period — log back in to cancel the deletion
Check Your Bank Statement
TikTok Shop charges appear as "TIKTOK", "TIKTOK.COM", or "BYTEDANCE" on bank statements. If you see recurring charges you don't recognize, open the app and check your order history — someone set up auto-ship on something you bought once.
💡 Tip: TikTok Shop's impulse-buy design means you may have ordered things you forgot about. Check your order history — you might find recurring vitamin subscriptions, beauty products, or supplement auto-ships you signed up for at 2am.
