How to Cancel Straight Talk Wireless in 2026

Straight Talk charges $35-65/month for prepaid wireless. To cancel properly, you need to turn off auto-refill and port your number out first.
🔴 Port your number first: Set up your new carrier and port your Straight Talk number. You'll need your Straight Talk account number and PIN (call 1-877-430-2355 to get them). Once the port completes, Straight Talk cancels your line.
Turn Off Auto-Refill
- Log in at straighttalk.com/my-account
- Go to Plan → Auto-Refill
- Toggle Auto-Refill OFF
- Your service runs until the current plan period ends
Cancel by Phone
Call 1-877-430-2355. Say "Cancel my service." Have your PIN ready. They'll confirm cancellation. Get a confirmation number.
