Downgrade to Free Plan

Only Workspace Owners can change billing — check if that's you
Go to slack.com/admin/billing (or click workspace name → Settings & administration → Billing)
Click Change Plan
Select Free → confirm the downgrade
Downgrade takes effect at end of current billing period
