How to Cancel SHOWTIME (Paramount+ with SHOWTIME) in 2026

Key change: Standalone SHOWTIME no longer exists. It merged into Paramount+ in 2023. If you had SHOWTIME, your subscription was migrated to "Paramount+ with SHOWTIME" at $12.99/mo. You need to cancel the Paramount+ subscription.
Figure Out Where You Subscribed
Check your bank statement for the billing source — you must cancel through the same platform:
- Amazon Prime Video Channels — very common
- Apple TV Channels
- Paramount+ / paramountplus.com — direct
- Roku Channel
- Cable/satellite bundle (Xfinity, DirecTV, etc.)
Cancel on Amazon
- Go to amazon.com/gp/video/subscriptions
- Find Paramount+ or SHOWTIME
- Click Cancel Channel
Cancel on Paramount+ Directly
- Go to paramountplus.com
- Click your profile → Account
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Follow the prompts — Paramount+ will offer retention deals
Cancel on Apple
- Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions
- Find Paramount+ or SHOWTIME
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Cancel Through Cable Provider
If SHOWTIME was part of your cable package (Xfinity, DirecTV, Spectrum, etc.), call your provider to remove it. The number is on your cable bill. You can usually also manage add-ons through your provider's website or app.
Paramount+ Plans
- Paramount+ Essential ($7.99/mo): With ads, no SHOWTIME content
- Paramount+ with SHOWTIME ($12.99/mo): No ads on most content, full SHOWTIME library
