How to Cancel ShipStation

Log in to shipstation.com
Go to Account Settings → Account (gear icon)
Click Plan & Billing
Click Cancel Account at the bottom
Complete the cancellation survey (required)
Confirm — access continues until billing period ends

📦 Export Your Data First

Orders: Shipments tab → Export → CSV
Products: Products tab → Export → CSV
Customer data: Export from your connected store (Shopify, etc.) — not from ShipStation
Download any custom shipping rules or automation configs
