Cancel Roku Channel Subscriptions (Website)
Go to my.roku.com and sign in
Click Manage your subscriptions
You'll see every active subscription billed through Roku
Click Unsubscribe next to each one you want to cancel
Confirm the cancellation
Access continues until the end of your current billing period

On your Roku device, navigate to the channel you want to cancel
Press the * (star/options) button on your remote
Select Manage subscription
Select Cancel subscription

⚠️ Roku-Billed vs Direct-Billed
If you subscribed to Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+ through their own apps/websites (not through Roku), canceling on Roku won't stop those charges. You need to cancel directly with each service. Check your credit card statement to see who's actually billing you — "ROKU" charges are Roku-billed, while "NETFLIX" or "HULU" charges are direct.
Remove Channels from Roku
Removing a channel from your Roku device is different from canceling a subscription. Removing just hides the app — it doesn't stop billing.
Navigate to the channel on your home screen
Press the * (star) button on your remote
Select Remove channel
Confirm removal

Update or Remove Payment Method

Click Update to change your card
You cannot fully remove a payment method while active subscriptions exist

Close Your Roku Account Entirely
