⚠️ Cancel Before the Processing Window
Ro processes orders 5-7 days before your refill date. If you cancel within that processing window, your next shipment may already be on its way — and you'll still be charged. Cancel at least 10 days before your next refill date. Check your Account → Treatments page for the next refill date.
