Before You Cancel

How to Cancel PandaDoc
- Log in to app.pandadoc.com
- Click Settings (gear icon)
- Go to Billing or Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription or Downgrade to Free
- They'll ask why you're leaving and may offer a discount — decline if you're set
- Confirm cancellation
- Your paid features remain until the end of the billing period, then revert to Free eSign
Annual Plan? Check Cancellation Terms
If you're on an annual plan, PandaDoc may not offer prorated refunds. Review your contract terms. Some annual plans auto-renew with a 30-day notice requirement — if you're close to renewal, act fast.
Only Admin Can Cancel
Only the workspace admin/owner can cancel the subscription. If you're a team member, contact your admin. Check who the admin is in Settings → Team.
