  1. Go to account.microsoft.com/services
  2. Find Microsoft 365 → click Manage
  3. Click Cancel subscription or Turn off recurring billing
  4. Choose whether to cancel immediately or at end of billing period
  5. Download any files from OneDrive before canceling (storage drops to 5GB)
