How to Downgrade/Cancel Klaviyo

1. Log in to klaviyo.com
2. Click Account → Billing
3. Click Change plan
4. Select the Free plan (250 contacts, 500 email sends/month)
5. Confirm the downgrade

If your list exceeds 250 contacts on Free, Klaviyo will pause sending until you reduce your list size or upgrade.

Delete Your Klaviyo Account

To fully delete (not just downgrade):

1. Downgrade to free first
2. Contact Klaviyo support and request full account deletion
3. They'll process the deletion per GDPR/privacy requirements
