How to Cancel Jira Cloud

Go to admin.atlassian.com
Select your organization → Products
Find Jira → click Manage subscriptions
Click Cancel subscription
Atlassian will offer a "pause" option — decline unless you actually plan to return

⏰ Critical: Export Before Canceling

After cancellation, your site is deleted after 30 days. Export everything first:
