If you haven't filed yet, you can typically get a full refund for unused tax preparation services. If your return has already been filed, the service was delivered — refunds are unlikely unless there was an error on Jackson Hewitt's part.
For Refund Advance or Refund Transfer products: these are deducted from your tax refund, not charged to a card. Once the refund processes, there's nothing to cancel or refund.
