Log in to the IDrive web interface or desktop app and restore/download all files you need. Once your subscription lapses, your backup data is deleted after a grace period (typically 30 days).

How to Cancel IDrive

Log in to idrive.com
Click your account name → My Account
Go to Subscription or Billing
Click Cancel Subscription or Downgrade to Free
Follow prompts to confirm
Your account switches to the free 10GB plan

If you can't find the cancel option, email support@idrive.com with your account email and a cancellation request.
