How to Cancel Gemini for Google Workspace in 2026

Cancel as Admin
- Go to admin.google.com
- Navigate to Billing
- Find "Gemini for Google Workspace"
- Click "Manage subscription"
- Select "Cancel subscription"
- Choose cancellation timing (immediate or end of billing period)
Remove From Specific Users (Keep for Others)
If you want to keep Gemini for some users but remove others:
- Go to admin.google.com > Billing
- Click on the Gemini add-on
- Reduce the number of licenses
- Remove the add-on from specific users in Directory > Users
