Nestlé acquired Freshly in 2020 for $950M, then paused the direct-to-consumer subscription model. Freshly pivoted to retail (selling meals in grocery stores) and a workplace meal program. If you're still being charged for a Freshly subscription, it may be a legacy plan that wasn't properly canceled during the transition.
