Cancel Etsy Plus Subscription

Etsy Plus ($10/month) adds shop customization, restock alerts, and ad credits. To cancel:

Go to etsy.com/your/account
Click Shop Manager
Go to Settings → Subscription (or Billing)
Click Cancel Etsy Plus
Confirm — your shop stays open on the free plan

What you lose: advanced shop customization, restock request feature, banner templates, and Etsy Ads credits. Your listings, reviews, and sales history remain.

Close Your Etsy Shop

If you want to stop selling entirely (but keep your buyer account):

Complete all open orders and resolve any open cases
Pay any outstanding Etsy bill (listing fees, transaction fees, ads)
Go to Shop Manager → Settings → Options
Scroll to the bottom → Close Shop
Select a reason and confirm

⚠️ Pay your bill first. Etsy will not let you close your shop if you have an outstanding balance. Check Shop Manager → Finances → Payment Account for any unpaid fees.
