How to Cancel Character.AI Plus (c.ai+) in 2026

Cancel on iPhone/iPad

1. Open Settings on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top (Apple ID)
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Find Character AI (may show as "c.ai+" or "Character.AI Plus")
5. Tap Cancel Subscription
6. Confirm

Can't find it in subscriptions? Check if you signed up with a different Apple ID, or if you subscribed through the website instead.

Cancel on Android

1. Open Google Play Store
2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Find Character.AI
