How to Cancel Canva Pro in 2026

Cancel in 4 Clicks

Go to canva.com/settings/billing
Click Cancel subscription (or "Cancel plan")
They'll show you what you'll lose — review and click Continue to cancel
Pick a reason and confirm

Your Pro access continues until the end of your billing period. After that, your account switches to the free tier.

What Happens to Your Designs?

✅ Your designs are safe. All your projects remain in your account. However, any designs using Pro-only elements (premium templates, stock photos, fonts) will show watermarks if you try to re-download them.

Pro tip: Before cancelling, download all your important designs as PNG/PDF. The exported files won't have watermarks since you exported them while you had Pro access.

Cancel Canva for Teams

If you're on Canva for Teams ($14.99/person/month), only the team owner can cancel. Go to Settings → Billing & teams → Team subscription → Cancel. Team members will lose access to shared brand kits and team templates.
