How to Cancel Cambly in 2026
Updated March 3, 2026 • 4 min read
⚡ Quick Summary
Go to cambly.com → Subscription → Cancel Plan. If that doesn't work, email help@cambly.com. Annual plans are harder to get refunds on — monthly is easier to cancel.
Cambly Pricing
- 15 min/day, 3 days/week: ~$15/month (annual)
- 30 min/day, 5 days/week: ~$44/month (annual)
- Cambly Kids: Similar pricing for children's English lessons
Monthly plans cost more but let you cancel anytime. Annual plans are 50% cheaper but lock you in for a year.
How to Cancel
- Log in to cambly.com
- Go to Subscription
- Click Cancel Plan
- Decline retention offers
- Confirm cancellation
If the online cancel option doesn't work (some users report issues), email help@cambly.com with your account email and a clear cancellation request.
Annual Plan Refunds
Annual plans are difficult to refund. Cambly's terms typically don't offer prorated refunds on annual subscriptions. If you're unhappy:
- Email help@cambly.com explaining your situation
- If recently subscribed, request a refund within 7 days
- If they refuse, dispute with your credit card company (if within their dispute window)
- For future subscriptions, always start with monthly to test the service first
