BoxyCharm merged with IPSY in 2023. If you're still being charged, your subscription is now managed through IPSY. Here's how to actually cancel — not just skip — and understand the quarterly commitment trap.

Scroll down to Cancel Membership
Complete the multi-step cancellation flow (they will try to retain you)
Confirm cancellation
Important: Cancel before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for the next month's box
The Quarterly Commitment Trap
IPSY offers discounted quarterly plans: 3-month commitment at a lower per-month rate
The trap: You can't cancel mid-quarter. You must wait until the commitment ends.
Auto-renewal: Quarterly plans auto-renew into another 3-month commitment
Cancel window: You must cancel BEFORE the quarterly renewal date — not during the quarter
