How to Cancel Avail Landlord Plan in 2026

Avail (now part of Apartments.com by CoStar) charges $7/unit/month for its Unlimited Plus plan. If you're a small landlord with a few units, that adds up — and the free tier might be all you need.

How to Cancel

  1. Go to avail.co and log in
  2. Click Account (top right)
  3. Navigate to Subscription or Billing
  4. Click Downgrade to Free or Cancel Plan
  5. Confirm — you revert to the free tier immediately or at period end
