Before You Downgrade
- Export your data: Admin Console → Settings → Export Organization Data (JSON/CSV). This captures tasks, projects, and attachments
- Screenshot custom fields: Custom fields revert to text on free. Save any field definitions you need
- Document automations: Rules/workflows are disabled on free — note which automations you rely on
- Save Timeline views: Timeline (Gantt chart) is paid-only. Screenshot any timeline dependencies you need to reference
- Check forms: Forms are disabled on free. Copy form questions if you use them for intake
How to Downgrade
- Log in as an org admin with billing permissions
- Go to Admin Console (gear icon → Admin Console)
- Click Billing
- Click Downgrade to Basic (or "Change Plan")
- Confirm the downgrade
- Your workspace switches to free at the end of your current billing period
